Exercising Helps Your Digestion

Why do we feel so BLAH when we are sedentary for a long time? Maybe it is because our bowels need a little help moving and we haven’t been supporting them in that way. Did you know getting up and moving around can actually help your digestion?

It can be as easy as doing your morning stretches, and maybe throwing in some sit-ups or crunches. Moving our body and twisting our torso can help physical move our “guts” around and aid the digestive process. It also gets your blood flowing and SO MANY other good things. Movement is awesome.
