Quick Thought on Good Habits

Why is it that we think about health more when we DON’T have it? Often we’ll remember to stretch because we’re extra tight, or to drink water when we’re super dehydrated.

I guess it’s a good thing that our bodies give us these reminders, so then we can do something to correct it.

But consider with me the power of creating these daily good habits in a way that totally avoids those days of tension, those moments of intense thirst.
