Today we’ll add more onto last week’s Chiro Tips video (see that previous post here), helping you battle your forward head posture. Apply those 2 good tips from the video and then try these more advanced options.
ANTERIOR HEAD CARRIAGE (AKA FORWARD HEAD POSTURE)
The head should be sitting up on top of the shoulders, not jutting forward like a turtle. When our head is forward it causes all the muscles in the back of the neck and shoulders to work harder. They are basically trying to keep your head from falling off.

These exercises will help strengthen the correct muscles while forcing the tight muscles to let go and take a break.
