How To Calm A Crying Baby

calm a crying baby

Have you ever cared for an inconsolable infant and run out of ideas for helping them? Dr. Robert Hamilton, a pediatrician in California, has a great tip he refers to as “the hold”.

As he explains at the end of his video, if your child does not calm down you should think about these two things:

1) Maybe your baby is not feeling well (is ill).

2) Maybe your baby is hungry!

If they are inconsolable or “colicky”, you may want to find a chiropractor to help your baby. At Favero Chiropractic we are ready to examine your child and determine the cause of their suffering. It may be a temporary digestion problem, an ear infection, or it could be a lasting trauma from the birth process. We will thoroughly evaluate them to decide the best course of treatment and bring your child some needed relief. Also see our page on Pediatric Care.
